REQUEST FORM

Thank you for submitting an In-House Event Request for Latino Theater Company and The Los Angeles Theatre Center. Please complete the form below in as much detail as possible so we can better understand your event needs and prepare accordingly.

Please note that our main priority remains our already scheduled productions, rentals, and organizational programming. Before submitting your request, please review the master calendar to ensure space availability and avoid conflicts with existing events. If conflicts exist, we encourage you to plan ahead and communicate early.

We also recommend checking in with rentals@thelatc.org to inquire about any potential rentals, holds, or events that may still be in development and not yet reflected on the master calendar.

Whenever possible, we kindly request that forms be submitted at least 2-3 months in advance to allow adequate time for review, staffing, scheduling, marketing, production, and operational preparation.

Once submitted, your request will be shared internally for review and approval from the company. Submission of this form does not guarantee confirmation of space or resources. If approved, you will be contacted by the appropriate departments and will be required to attend production meetings to discuss additional needs, logistics, requests, and updates beyond what is included in this form.
